My name is Sky and I am based in Perth, Western Australia. The day I viewed my own wedding video was the day I decided this was what I wanted to do. I am highly creative and designed and edited this entire website myself. I have studied Fashion Design, Interior Design, Sketching, Oil Painting and basics of programming. My hobbies also include scrapbooking and photography. I have my own photography business named Duran Photography (in the links section). 3 of my favourite movies are 'The Wedding Singer', '27 Dresses', and 'Muriel's Wedding'. From 2006 until 2009 I was a member of the Riverview Church Television Crew (RVTV) and have 3 years film experience and 7 years editing experience. I started Sky Scott Videography in December 2007 before leaving my day job in 2008 to shoot weddings full time. I am partnered with 'Photographers with Passion' (Autumnleaf and November Images).

My work has a strong emphasis on moving shots and unique action sequencing. The camera is not left unattended, and each shot composition is unique. At Sky Scott Videography the focus is on 'moving pictures.' What your eye sees is what the camera captures. The human eye never sees movement as stationary. I am pleased to let my work speak for itself. I use a condensor lapel microphone to ensure optimum audio for vows and speeches. Other services available include pre wedding video (stay tuned as I am launching a new variety soon) and pre wedding photography. I am also available mid week to film funeral services. I would love to hear from you if you are interested in any of my packages. I feel that videography is of the uttmost importance, and just as a photographer has a wide variety of shots that you can choose from, so does cinematography. I always welcome my brides to pick and choose the shots they would like during the photoshoot, and despite setting up shots, my brides always tell me that they didn't notice me their on the day. My work can speak for itself, alongside my 'What Brides Say..' page. I am keen and calm yet enthusiastic, and I always aim to make sure my brides have the most laid back wedding day possible.
